Setting Up My Account

  • How do I set up an account with Creamline

    To set up an account with Creamline, start by filling out our enquiry form. Once you’ve submitted the form, a Creamline For Business account manager will get in touch with you to discuss your requirements, tell you more about our service, and answer any questions you have.

  • What do I need / what information is required to set up a business account?

    To set up your Creamline For Business account, we’ll need the following pieces of information from you:
    1. Photo ID
    2. Signed declaration
    3. Signed terms and conditions
    4. Signed credit agreement
    5. Proof of address
    6. Registered company number
    7. VAT number (if applicable)
    8. Trade reference contact
    Please note that Creamline Dairies may conduct credit reference or personal data searches and may take up trade references.

  • How will I know my account is live and that Creamline is ready to commence deliveries?

    Once you’ve gone through the account set-up process and your account manager has activated your account we’ll send you an email confirmation. This email will include a unique URL linking you to your account dashboard. You will be prompted to click on a button to validate your email address. You will then receive an email from us asking you to do this. Once validation has been completed, you will be directed to a password reset page. Once you have set a password you will have full access to your account and will be able browse our product range, place orders and begin receiving deliveries.

    Notification in case of delivery constraints: very rarely for logistical or credit control reasons we may be unable to commence deliveries to a potential customer and we will let you know as soon as possible if this is the case.

  • What if I don't receive an email or my link doesn't work?

    If you haven’t received an email from us please check your junk / spam folder. If you’re still having difficulty, please contact the Creamline For Business team by phone on [ADD NUMBER] or submit an enquiry through the website.

  • Is there a minimum contract?

    There is no contract and no minimum order commitment required to be a Creamline For Business customer. You can order as often and as much as you like, with full flexibility and convenience.

  • Where do you deliver to?

    We deliver to businesses throughout the North West including Manchester, Bolton, Bury, Oldham, Stockport, Salford, Rochdale, Tameside, Wigan, Trafford, Lancaster, Preston, Blackburn. Chorley. Liverpool. Warrington, St Helens, Chester, Macclesfield, Northwich, Knutsford Barrow-in-Furness and Kendal.   • How do I place orders?

    Login: Begin by logging into your account on the Creamline website.

    Browse and add: Explore our range of products by clicking here. When you find what you need, click ‘Add to order’ to include it in either your weekly orders, fortnightly or 4-weekly orders, or add the item(s) as a one-off purchase. You can select the quantity needed at this stage.

    Manage orders: To view and manage your active orders, you can click the "My Orders" tab on the top right hand side and use the arrows to scroll backwards and forwards. You can also see your orders from your Account Dashboard.

  • How long will it take to receive my first delivery?

    Once you’ve set up your account, your account manager will work with you to agree a suitable start date for your deliveries. We understand the urgency that can come with changing suppliers or starting a new service, so we’ll work flexibly with you to agree on a suitable start date that makes the transition as quick and smooth as possible.

  • What time will I receive my deliveries?

    When you set up your Creamline For Business account, your account manager will let you know what time window we’ll be in your area to make your deliveries, discussing your requirements to make sure we’re delivering at a suitable time for you.

  • How many accounts can I open?

    As long as you put in a valid address, identity and payment details, you may set up as many delivery addresses as required under your main Creamline For Business account. Each delivery location will be served separately, potentially on different rounds, and you will receive separate invoices for each delivery address. Please speak to your account manager if you would like to add an additional delivery address to your account.

  • Can I order for different sites / branches in one account?

    Yes, each of your different sites / branches will be listed under your main Creamline For Business Account. Once you’re logged in, select the delivery location you’d like to order for using the dropdown menu in the top right corner of your screen.

    If you’d like to set up an additional delivery location please speak to your account manager. Each delivery location will be served separately, potentially on different rounds, and you will receive separate invoices for each delivery location.

  • I have forgotten my login ID or password, what do I do?

    Please follow the forgotten ID/password procedure at the login page. An email will be sent to your specified email address with the details. If you are still having difficulties, please contact your account manager who will be happy to help. Please note that they cannot give the details over the phone but will email it directly to your designated email.

  • What is two-factor authentication (2FA) and how does it work / how do I set it up?

    Log in to your account dashboard and scan the QR code [LOCATION]. If you already have an authenticator app installed you will see instructions to add your Creamline For Business account to it. If you don’t have an authenticator app installed you will be prompted to download one. Once set up, when logging into your Creamline For Business account, after entering your login details you will need to open your authenticator app to obtain the one-time passcode. You will need to enter this passcode into the screen on the Creamline For Business account when prompted to access your account.
