  • How do I place orders?

    Once your Creamline For Business account is live and you’re logged in, you can begin placing orders by firstly browsing our online shop.

    You can add products to your weekly deliveries or place a one-off, weekly, fortnightly of 4-weekly order by selecting the desired option.

  • Where can I find product prices?

    Once your Creamline For Business account is live and you’re logged in, you can find your product prices by browsing our online shop. If you need any assistance with your product range, please raise a support ticket from your account dashboard or get in touch with your account manager. To raise a support ticket, when logged in go to the My Account section and on the dashboard please use the Help & Support link to contact us using the 'support ticket' system.

  • Why can't I see any pricing?

    Depending on your account permissions and customer type, you may not be able to see prices within your account. If you have concerns about this, please raise a support ticket from your account dashboard or get in touch with your account manager who will be happy to discuss with you. To raise a support ticket, when logged in go to the My Account section and on the dashboard please use the Help & Support link to contact us using the 'support ticket' system.

  • Why can’t I buy all the products on your website?

    Customers who are part of a buying group will only be able to see the products agreed by their head office.

  • Can I add additional product lines to my deliveries?

    If you’d like to add additional product lines to your deliveries, please raise a support ticket from your account dashboard or get in touch with your account manager. To raise a support ticket, when logged in go to the My Account section and on the dashboard please use the Help & Support link to contact us using the 'support ticket' system.

  • Who can I contact regarding a product query?

    You can find all product specifications by browsing our online shop once you’re logged into your Creamline For Business Account. If you have a specific product enquiry, please raise a support ticket from your account dashboard, or get in touch with your account manager who will be happy to help.To raise a support ticket, when logged in go to the My Account section and on the dashboard please use the Help & Support link to contact us using the 'support ticket' system.

  • Can you supply items not listed on your website?

    From time to time, customers request products that are not currently available on our website. Where we can, we’re happy to work with our suppliers to source what you need. If you’re interested in purchasing products that we don’t currently stock, please raise a support ticket from your account dashboard or contact your account manager to discuss your requirements.

  • Do you have a minimum order value?

    There is no contract and no minimum order commitment required to be a Creamline For Business customer. You can order as often and as much as you like, with full flexibility and convenience.

  • My business is moving address – what should I do?

    If your business is moving address, we will need to close your current Creamline For Business account and set you up with a new one for your new address. Please speak to your account manager who will be able to support you with the transition.
    If you sell your business, we will need to close your account and create a new one with the new business owner to continue deliveries.
