  • How do I make a complaint?

    First, we are very sorry that we have not met your expectations and that you wish to complain. This is not what we aim to do and we want to hear from you so we can become better and put right the problem that has arisen.

    When logged in go to the My Account section and on the dashboard please use the Help & Support link to contact us using the 'support ticket' system.

    You can also call your local depot or contact your account manager directly by using the number listed in your account dashboard.
