• Will my business’ bank account details be safe?

  Your details needed to process direct debit (DD) transactions are stored on a secure server with rigorous encryption and restricted access. All our software for processing DDs and paperless DD applications is fully accredited by our bank and BACS. You have additional protection from the Direct Debit Guarantee.

• Will my personal details be safe?

  They will be stored on a secure server with rigorous encryption and restricted access. They will only be used by Creamline For Business for the purposes of offering you a first-class delivery service and collecting payment and will not be provided to any third party except as required by law. Creamline Dairies is registered as a Data Controller with the Information Commissioner's Office.

• Will my business’ credit card details be safe?

  All credit card processing and storage will be carried out by Opayo, a fully PCI compliant and secure payment service. Creamline For Business will not hold or process any details of your credit card for online payments.
